On Wednesday, August 28, 2013, IFEZ held a forum on participatory budgeting for the planning of the 2014 budget. The forum was organized to reflect residents’ opinions in the budgeting process and to enhance the transparency and democratic nature of fiscal management. Participants listened to explanations on major projects and the direction of budget operation, shared various opinions, and the suggestions raised were to be reviewed and considered in the process of preparing the 2014 budget.
