On Friday, February 6, 2015, IFEZ held the “New Year Classic Night: Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra Visiting Concert.” The performance was organized to celebrate the new year, provide citizens and employees of resident companies with opportunities to enjoy high-quality cultural arts, and promote local cultural performances. The Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra presented a variety of classical music programs and communicated with the audience, while the venue was operated as a refined concert space in a festive New Year atmosphere. The Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra is the representative public symphony orchestra of Incheon, founded in 1966.
