On Sunday, October 4, 2015, Incheon Metropolitan City held the “Incheon Songdo International Marathon” across Songdo International City. The event was a sports festival joined by domestic and overseas marathoners as well as Incheon citizens, and it took place along courses linking the urban center and coastal scenery of Songdo International City. Participants competed in the half marathon, 10-kilometer, and 5-kilometer races, and Incheon Metropolitan City contributed to promoting public health and invigorating local sports culture.
