On Saturday, June 4, 2016, IFEZ held the “Yeongjong Green Culture Festival” at Seaside Park in Yeongjong International City. The festival was designed to promote the eco-friendly value of Yeongjong International City as a green city and to raise awareness of environmental protection through a citizen-participatory cultural event. At the site, families and local residents took part in eco-friendly experience programs, exhibitions, and cultural performances, creating an opportunity to share the importance of resource circulation and low-carbon lifestyles.
