From Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9, 2017, IFEZ held the “2017 New Cities Summit” at Songdo Convensia in Songdo International City. The summit was organized as an international conference where smart city and urban experts from around the world gathered to discuss new models for future cities. Its theme was “Thriving Cities: The Building Blocks of Urban Wellbeing,” and participants shared ideas on urban innovation, sustainability, and ways to improve citizens’ quality of life.
