On October 13, 2017 (Friday), IFEZ held the Incheon Songdo Light Festival at Central Park in Songdo International City. Under the theme “Urban Night Garden,” the festival ran through October 22 and featured a variety of illuminated installations, including LED trees and character lanterns, along an approximately 600-meter section from the Green Climate Fund Bridge to the area near Songdo Hanok Village within Central Park. On the opening day, a traditional drum performance and special stage events were presented, and during the festival period visitors enjoyed a wishing lantern program, heart memo event, stamp tour, and street performances.
