On October 19, 2017 (Thursday), the State University of New York Korea opened the FIT Fashion School at Incheon Global Campus. The FIT Fashion School, a world-renowned institution specializing in fashion education under the State University of New York, launched its academic program in Korea through the State University of New York Korea. It was operated with a total capacity of 70 students, including 20 in the Fashion Design program and 50 in the Fashion Business Management program, and was expected to contribute to strengthening the global competitiveness of higher education in Songdo International City and expanding the foundation for fostering fashion professionals.
