On Wednesday, July 18, 2018, IFEZ held the completion ceremony for Songdo Convensia Phase 2 at the international conference hall on the second floor of Songdo Convensia. Songdo Convensia Phase 2 was designed under the theme of a giant wave symbolizing the maritime city of Incheon and was completed with an exterior that maintains continuity with the first-phase building while presenting distinctive architectural beauty. With nightscape lighting and public art installations in harmony with the surrounding environment, the building also obtained Grade 1 energy efficiency, Green Building certification, Barrier-Free certification, and LEED certification, establishing itself as a representative MICE infrastructure facility in Songdo International City.
