On Monday, October 15, 2018, IFEZ held its 15th anniversary ceremony and announced its vision and strategies. Under the vision of “Global Business Frontier,” it presented five goals: a Northeast Asia business hub city, a leading base for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a global education city, a culture and leisure hub, and a smart city. It also unveiled four implementation strategies—global economic platform, service industry hub, convergence industry hub, and compact and smart city—and decided to 추진 15 strategic tasks, including fostering the airport and seaport economic zone, creating a West Sea peace cooperation special zone, expanding the bio-healthcare complex, and establishing a startup venture polis.
