On Wednesday, December 19, 2018, IFEZ signed an investment agreement with Bystronic Korea at G-Tower. Bystronic is a Swiss global manufacturer that develops and produces laser cutting machines, press brakes, and factory automation software. Under the agreement, Bystronic Korea planned to build the largest exhibition and training center in the Asia-Pacific region on a 3,360㎡ site in the Knowledge and Information Industry Complex of Songdo International City, with its Korea headquarters, exhibition hall, training center, and parts room to be established for an opening targeted in 2020.
