On Monday, January 21, 2019, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tashkent Regional Government of Uzbekistan for free economic zone development and investment promotion. Through this agreement, the two institutions decided to share policy experience related to free economic zone development and to jointly promote investment attraction, business exchange, and the identification of cooperative projects. They also planned to establish a foundation for continued exchange and mutual development based on an ongoing cooperative framework.
