On Thursday, January 31, 2019, Incheon Metropolitan City and the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority signed an investment agreement with Korea Land and Housing Corporation, Incheon Urban Corporation, and IGIS Asset Management for the construction of the Skylogis Air Logistics Center in Yeongjong International City. Under the agreement, Skylogis Private Real Estate Investment Trust planned to invest KRW 170 billion (approximately USD 151 million) and promote the groundbreaking on the project site within the first half of 2019. The Skylogis Air Logistics Center project was planned to be carried out through a joint venture established by multinational operators and investment institutions.
