On Monday, June 24, 2019, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and Hansang Dream Island Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking report meeting for Hansang Dream Island at the Sapphire Ballroom on the 3rd floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul, 30 Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. Hansang Dream Island is a marine tourism complex to be developed on a 3,327,015.8㎡ site in 1995 Jungsan-dong, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, with an investment of approximately KRW 399.2 billion (approximately USD 344 million), and will include tourism facility sites such as sports facilities, amusement facilities, and accommodation facilities.
