On Saturday, August 3, 2019, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority held the Yongyudo Dragon Festival at Wangsan Marina in Yeongjong International City. The festival featured performances and hands-on programs themed around dragons, and was designed as a signature summer event reflecting the local character of Yongyudo, which is said to resemble a dragon swimming and playing in the water. It offered visitors a variety of attractions and experiences.
