On Wednesday, October 23, 2019, ORDEG Co., Ltd. held a completion ceremony for its hydrogen fuel cell electrode catalyst manufacturing facility in the advanced industrial cluster of Songdo International City. The newly completed facility was built on a 10,287.2㎡ site and includes a factory and ancillary facilities with a building area of 2,104.6㎡ and a total floor area of 4,243.0㎡. ORDEG Co., Ltd. is a Belgian advanced materials research and development company that became the first in Korea to develop and produce hydrogen fuel cell electrode catalysts, and it has supplied them to Hyundai Motor Company since 2018. With the completion of this facility, the company established a specialized production base in Songdo International City to respond to the expanding market for eco-friendly hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
