On January 9, 2020 (Thursday), IFEZ held a briefing session related to the public offering for the Cheongna Medical Complex Town project, which is being promoted on a 261,635㎡ site around 1-601, Cheongna-dong, part of Investment Attraction Block 2 in Cheongna International City. About 50 officials from construction companies, developers, hospitals, and financial institutions attended the session to review the project overview, current progress, and key contents of the public offering guidelines, and to take part in a question-and-answer session. The Cheongna Medical Complex Town is planned as a mixed-use complex combining a general hospital, medical support businesses, medical bio industry-academia-research facilities, and convenience facilities for medical tourists.
