On June 17, 2020, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ) and the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a mutual cooperation agreement to support tenant companies and revitalize the industrial ecosystem. The agreement was intended to improve the business environment for tenant companies, address corporate difficulties, and promote the revitalization of the industrial ecosystem. Under the agreement, the two organizations will support the operation of a management consulting office of the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the corporate support center, organize and operate a council of tenant companies, promote policy cooperation and develop shared-growth models for the regional economy, and work together to establish industry-academia-research cooperation systems and support industrial development policies.
