On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the "IFEZ Happy Study Room Season 3." This project is a community contribution initiative launched in October 2017 to share the urban development achievements of the Incheon Free Economic Zone with the original city center. The agreement involved Janssen Vaccine Co., Ltd., i-SENS, Inc., Innertron, Inc., Cammsys Corp., Mitsubishi Elevator Korea Co., Ltd., POSCO A&C Co., Ltd., and the Incheon Global Campus Foundation. These companies and organizations plan to renovate the study rooms of 10 households in the original city center by replacing wallpaper and lighting and providing educational equipment such as computers and bookshelves. In addition, the Incheon Global Campus Foundation plans to operate a learning mentoring program where university students provide volunteer tutoring for the children and adolescents supported by the project.
