On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority(IFEZ) and the Incheon Tourism Organization officially opened the 'One-Stop Customer Support Center' on the first floor of Songdo Convensia. The center is staffed by approximately 15 personnel and features an integrated consultation desk, a business lounge, meeting rooms, and storage facilities for event organizers. By consolidating various services such as rental consultation, contracts, facility tours, and technical support that were previously scattered across different floors, the center will provide comprehensive, one-stop services to event organizers.
