On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, IFEZ signed a mutual business agreement with the Qingdao Free Trade Zone in China to expand exchanges and cooperation, with a focus on biopharmaceuticals and related industries. The agreement was arranged on the occasion of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area Opening Cooperation and Project Promotion Conference. Under the agreement, both sides plan to strengthen cooperation in biopharmaceuticals, port and air logistics, advanced technology and manufacturing, financial services, and tourism and cultural industries, while also working together on global e-commerce, logistics transfer centers, road feeder service, industry-specific research and development, and the establishment of cooperative networks.
