Signing of the Investment Agreement for SL POGEN’s DNA Vaccine Research, Development, and Manufacturing Facility

On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, IFEZ signed a land sale agreement with SL POGEN for the construction of a DNA vaccine research, development, and manufacturing facility in Advanced Industrial Cluster (B) of Songdo International City. The facility will be built on a 10,434㎡ site in District 5 of Songdo International City, with a total floor area of 12,200㎡ and four above-ground floors. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2022, with completion targeted for 2023. The total project cost is KRW 48 billion (approximately USD 41.3 million), of which foreign investor Kalbe Farma of Indonesia plans to invest KRW 11 billion (USD 10 million).
