On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, IFEZ signed a win-win agreement to revitalize the local construction industry with DL E&C Co., Ltd., Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., and the Korea Specialty Contractors Association, the infrastructure contractors for District 11-1 of Songdo International City. Under the agreement, the participating organizations agreed to make their best efforts to expand the participation of construction companies based in Incheon Metropolitan City in the infrastructure project, prioritize the use of local materials and equipment, and promote the hiring of local workers. Through this cooperation, they plan to strengthen the foundation for shared growth and mutual prosperity in the regional construction industry.
