On Friday, December 17, 2021, IFEZ held the “2021 IFEZ Foreign Residents’ Kimchi-Making Sharing Event” at the Global Center for foreign residents. The event was organized to provide foreign residents with an opportunity to experience Korean culture through kimchi-making and to share warmth with neighbors during the year-end holiday season. After learning how to make kimchi, participants prepared 150 heads of kimchi. The kimchi made that day was delivered to the Yeonsu-gu Senior Welfare Center in Incheon, and it will also be provided to 70 elderly households receiving free meal support.
