Signing of the Land Sale Contract for the Establishment of YMT Co., Ltd.’s Research Institute

On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, IFEZ signed a land sale contract with YMT Co., Ltd. for the establishment of a research institute in Songdo International City. YMT Co., Ltd. plans to invest KRW 48.6 billion in building a research institute for bio research and development using electronic component chemical materials and copper base materials on Lot KS10-3 of the Advanced Industry Cluster (B) in Songdo International City, located at 210-6 Songdo-dong, on a site of 9,924.4 square meters, with completion scheduled for 2024. YMT Co., Ltd. is a KOSDAQ-listed company that develops chemical materials for printed circuit board (PCB) surface treatment used in mobile phones and tablets.
