On Wednesday, December 22, 2021, IFEZ held the groundbreaking ceremony for the main construction of Cheongna Haneul Bridge (the Third Link Bridge). Cheongna Haneul Bridge is a six-lane bridge with a total length of 4.681 kilometers and a width of 30 meters, connecting Cheongna International City and Yeongjong International City. Among the three bridges linking the two areas, it is the only one to include both pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths. The bridge is also planned as an experiential and tourism-oriented structure, featuring a 180-meter-high main tower observatory, waterfront deck trails, and nighttime scenery for citizens to enjoy.
