On Friday, August 28, 2026, IFEZ held a cultural experience program called “Making Traditional Asian Desserts” at the G-Tower Global Center for foreigners residing in the Incheon Free Economic Zone. This event was organized so that participants could make traditional Korean snacks themselves, deepen their understanding of traditional food culture, and promote interaction and communication among them. Following explanations and demonstrations by professional instructors, participants made dried persimmon snacks and glutinous rice cakes, learning about the characteristics of traditional snacks and how to make them.
