On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, IFEZ held an expert advisory meeting for the Phase 2 construction of Art Center Incheon. At the meeting, opinions were gathered on the presentation of appointment letters to advisory members, the direction for creating a global multi-purpose cultural space, key considerations for architectural design and construction, and action tasks for opening and operation preparation. Participating experts proposed the prompt 추진 of the project, the establishment of a clear operational direction, the appointment of a director responsible for overall planning, the activation of citizen participation programs such as education and hands-on experiences, and the provision of convenient facilities. Phase 2 of Art Center Incheon is expected to contribute to improving residential conditions and cultural tourism competitiveness in Songdo International City.
