From Friday, January 7 to Sunday, January 23, 2005, Lee Hwan-gyun, Commissioner of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, visited the eastern United States to conduct investment promotion roadshow activities and met with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. The visit was arranged to introduce the development projects and international business environment of the Incheon Free Economic Zone to overseas stakeholders and to expand the foundation for foreign investment attraction. During the trip, Commissioner Lee Hwan-gyun discussed development directions with local key figures and investment officials, and exchanged views with Rudy Giuliani on urban development and ways to strengthen international business functions.
