From Thursday, March 31 to Wednesday, April 6, 2005, the Commissioner of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority visited One-North in Singapore and Dubai Internet City in the United Arab Emirates to examine advanced cases of the U-City project. During the visit, Commissioner Lee Hwan-gyun received briefings from local officials on U-City development strategies, project objectives, and business and service models, and discussed directions for future cooperation.
