On Friday, April 15, 2005, Oh Young-kyo, Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs, visited the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ), where he received a briefing from officials on the progress of free economic zone development and reviewed the status of major projects. The visit was made to enhance understanding of the overall development program and to share future directions for implementation. Minister Oh listened to key pending issues and showed strong interest in the development of the Incheon Free Economic Zone, while the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority expected broader cooperation and support for the promotion of its projects.
