From Tuesday, April 26 to Wednesday, May 4, 2005, the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City visited Philadelphia, New York, and San Francisco in the United States, as well as Toronto in Canada, to hold investment briefings. The briefings were organized to introduce the vision and development potential of the Incheon Free Economic Zone to overseas investors and to expand investment attraction in North America. Incheon Metropolitan City received a letter of intent from HNTB, a U.S. engineering company, and confirmed the investment intention of AMB Property for USD 200 million (approximately KRW 200 billion).
