From Monday, May 16 to Saturday, May 21, 2005, IFEZ held investment briefings in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. About 80 participants, including representatives from Mitsui Fudosan, Tokyu Land Corporation, The Bank of Mitsubishi, and Korean businesspeople in Japan, attended the events and showed strong interest. IFEZ introduced the development vision, investment environment, and major project directions of the free economic zone while carrying out investment promotion activities targeting Japanese companies and financial institutions. The briefings were expected to broaden the foundation for cooperation with the Japanese market and lead to follow-up investment consultations.
