On Tuesday, August 23, 2005, IFEZ signed a business agreement at the Grand InterContinental Seoul in Samseong-dong with the Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority, the Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority, and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) to promote foreign investment. Under the agreement, the participating organizations will cooperate in a range of areas, including overseas investment briefings and investment roadshows, the dispatch of investment promotion delegations, the training of specialized personnel, and investment-related research and information sharing. KOTRA is an organization that supports trade promotion and foreign investment attraction.
