On Monday, September 26, 2005, 18 members of the National Assembly Finance and Economy Committee and about 70 officials, including staff from the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s Free Economic Zone Planning Team, visited the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority. They received a work briefing, toured the new promotion hall, and inspected project sites in Songdo International City. The visit was conducted to review the progress of free economic zone development and major projects and to discuss directions for policy support. Through on-site briefings, the participants reviewed the development plans and the status of infrastructure construction.
