On May 4, 2006 (Thursday), Incheon National University held the opening ceremony for Incheon National University Miraegwan in Songdo International City, with the attendance of the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City and the President of Incheon National University. The event was arranged to announce the expansion of the education and research base in Songdo International City and the future development direction of the university. Incheon National University Miraegwan will serve as a space supporting education, research, and external cooperation functions, and it is expected to contribute to fostering local talent and revitalizing industry-academia cooperation.
