On Tuesday, May 15, 2007, IFEZ held a citizen participation budget forum for the planning of the 2008 budget. The forum was organized to reflect citizens’ opinions in the budget planning process and to enhance transparency and public accountability in fiscal management. Participants exchanged views on major projects and budget operation directions and discussed ways to allocate resources efficiently and promote projects with high public relevance.
