On November 20, 2007 (Tuesday), IFEZ held the “Songdo International City u-City Infrastructure Forum” at the international conference hall of Gaetbeol Tower in Songdo International City. The forum was organized to share the vision and strategies for building the u-City framework in Songdo International City and to discuss facility safety monitoring, environmental management systems, disaster response, and information and communications technology-based urban services. Through this forum, IFEZ planned to build the foundation for a convenient and safe high-tech city in stages.
