On Thursday, June 5, 2008, a delegation led by Fernando Armindo Lugo Mendez, President of Paraguay, visited IFEZ. The visit took place to review the progress of international city development centered on Songdo International City and its advanced industrial base, and to explore possibilities for mutual exchange and cooperation. The delegation toured major development sites and infrastructure and examined ways to expand cooperation in the fields of economic partnership, urban development, and investment.
