On Wednesday, October 15, 2008, IFEZ held a ceremony commemorating its 5th anniversary. The event was organized to look back on the achievements of the past five years and to share future directions for development. IFEZ has been promoting the development of a free economic zone centered on Songdo International City, Yeongjong International City, and Cheongna International City with international business, logistics, and tourism-leisure functions, and will continue to strengthen its urban competitiveness as a global business hub.
