On March 17, 2009 (Tuesday) IFEZ signed a memorandum of understanding with Harilela Group, a Hong Kong-based hotel operator, for the successful implementation of the Wing Star Project. The memorandum of understanding was arranged to support the successful development of the Wing Star Project in Yeongjong International City and to expand international tourism and leisure infrastructure. Harilela Group plans to cooperate in the project based on its experience in operating hotels and integrated tourism facilities, and the Wing Star Project is expected to contribute to strengthening the tourism competitiveness of Yeongjong International City and attracting foreign investment. Harilela Group is a company that operates hotel and real estate businesses based in Hong Kong.
