On April 13, 2009 (Monday), Incheon Metropolitan City, Englewood Holdings, and Incheon Urban Development Corporation signed a basic investment agreement for the Yeongjong Broadway Complex Cultural District. The agreement was made to develop a complex cultural district in Yeongjong International City integrating performance, tourism, and commercial functions. The Yeongjong Broadway Complex Cultural District will be developed as a tourism hub equipped with a large-scale performance venue, cultural and commercial facilities, and accommodations, and is expected to contribute to the revitalization of international tourism and the attraction of foreign investment. Englewood Holdings is an overseas investor participating in culture and tourism complex development projects.
