On March 3, 2010 (Wednesday), Yonsei University completed its International Campus in Songdo International City and held a dedication and opening ceremony. The Yonsei University International Campus is an education and research complex built on a site of about 614,000 square meters in Songdo International City, with eight buildings including the Science and Technology Building completed in the first phase. Yonsei University plans to strengthen international education and overseas research cooperation and expand additional facilities by 2012 to foster the campus as a global hub for education and research.
