On August 28, 2026 (Friday), IFEZ held an Asian traditional dessert-making cultural experience program for foreign residents of the Incheon Free Economic Zone at the G Tower Global Center. The program was designed to help participants understand Korean traditional snacks and food culture while encouraging communication and cultural exchange among participants. Under the guidance and demonstrations of a professional instructor, participants made gotgam danji (dried persimmon confection) and chapssaltteok (glutinous rice cake), learning about the characteristics of traditional snacks and how to make them.
