On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, IFEZ held the '2026 IFEZ Future Strategy Forum' at Gyeongwonjae Ambassador Incheon Associated with Accor. Marked by the 23rd anniversary of the opening of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, this forum was organized to respond to rapidly changing external environments such as global supply chain restructuring and geopolitical risks, to secure future growth engines for the Incheon Free Economic Zone, and to gather expert opinions for establishing the 2nd Incheon Free Economic Zone Development Plan. The forum featured presentations and expert discussions on key future high-tech industries including AI/bio, manufacturing AX, and connected cars. Based on the insights gathered, IFEZ plans to strengthen its position as a global economic zone and accelerate its transformation into an innovation hub.
