Cheongna City Tower will have two basement floors, 30 floors above ground, and 448m high skyscrapers and complex facilities on a 33,000m2 site in Cheongna International City Lake Park. The height of the tower is lower than that of Lotte World Tower (555m), the highest building in Korea, but it is the highest building in Korea for pure observation without hotels, apartments, and officetels.
